"AMORE 14" tells the story of Carolina, or "Caro", 14, as she faces her first love, first kiss, first time, friendship, parties, school, and the often conflictual relationship with her parents.
There are her best friends Alis and Clod, with whom she can share her days and dreams. There are those first kisses stolen in the shadows of the front door. There is school, there are two wonderful grandparents who can see right through to the bottom of your soul, and there is her legendary brother, Rusty James, who urges Carolina’s heart to dream. And then, there is love, the one-and-only true love, in the person of Massimiliano, a boy Caro meets in a bookshop one afternoon in September.
"AMORE 14" is a journey through feelings, the enthusiasm of discovering love for the first time, the pain of an unexpected disappointment, the first, the one that leaves you speechless, the loss of a loved one, the friendship you believe will never let you down. It is the story of the love between Carolina and her grandparents, a unique and tender love that can even overcome the bounds of space and time. It is the story of great passions and intense emotions, of a young writer, Rusty James.
